The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to delivering person-centered care.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding\nTake and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure\nMonitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff\nAssist with mobility, turning, positioning, and transferring residents using proper techniques\nMaintain clean and safe environments for residents\nSupport residents with social and recreational activities\nDocument care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures\nFollow infection control and safety guidelines at all times\nProvide emotional support and companionship to residents\nRequired Qualifications:\nValid Maryland Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.\nCurrent CPR/First Aid certification.\nPrevious experience in a long-term care or assisted living facility is a plus.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.\nFlexibility to work various shifts as needed.\nTo Apply:\nPlease submit an updated resume.
