This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project coordination, proactive communication, and timely execution of deliverables. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing competing priorities, and has a strong interest in sustainability and energy efficiency.\n\nPartner Energy is a division of PARTNER that specializes in energy efficiently engineering, sustainability and resiliency consulting services.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCoordinate project schedules and manage day-to-day client communications\nAddress client inquiries and concerns with timely, solutions-oriented responses\nPerform accurate data entry in established systems and formats\nSupport site visit coordination and staff scheduling for project teams\nAssist in reviewing energy and water efficiency findings with clients and explaining results relative to program requirements\nSupport invoicing, project setup, and CRM data management\nTrack project milestones, deadlines, proposal submissions, and report delivery dates\nAssist in preparing proposals, reports, and marketing materials\nResearch rebate programs and track relevant regulatory and legislative updates\nParticipate in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities\nEnsure prompt responses to client emails and phone inquiries\nCollaborate effectively across internal teams\nThis role offers the opportunity to grow within the energy and sustainability field, with exposure to clients, technical teams, and program management.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nStrong written and verbal communication skills across multiple mediums\nAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat\nDemonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team\nComfort working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment\nInterest in or exposure to sustainability, energy efficiency, or building systems\nAbility to adapt priorities and work extended hours when needed to meet deadlines\nEDUCATION\nBachelor’s degree in environmental science, public policy, sustainability, or related degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.\nCOMPENSATION\nSalary range: $23–$26/hour, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.\n\nThe pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
