Job Description About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Eighty Two Hundred LLC as a Grill Crew Member! In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for creating delicious grilled dishes while ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers.Responsibilities:Prepare and grill a variety of meats, vegetables, and other menu items to perfection.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.Follow food safety guidelines and ensure high-quality food standards.Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize workflow and efficiency.Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and address any inquiries.Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.Adhere to all company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude.Requirements:Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred.Knowledge of grilling techniques and food safety practices.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Passion for food and commitment to excellent customer service.Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid food handler's permit.About Us:Sterling heights DAIRY QUEEN has been serving the Sterling Heights community , offering delicious grilled meals made from the freshest ingredients.
