Assistant Office Manager

Job Description Our team needs an Assistant Office Manager who can support daily office operations and assists the Office Manager in ensuring organizational efficiency. This role involves administrative coordination, staff support, and maintaining a productive work environment. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasksOversee office supplies inventory and place orders when neededCoordinate office maintenance, vendors, and service providersSupport onboarding of new employees (workspace setup, materials, orientation coordination)Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communicationsHelp maintain office policies and proceduresHandle basic bookkeeping tasks (invoices, expense tracking, etc.)Supervise administrative staff when requiredEnsure the office remains organized, clean, and fully functionalAssist with event planning and company activitiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)2–3 years of administrative or office support experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Basic knowledge of office management systems and proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKey Skills:Time management and prioritizationAttention to detailProblem-solving abilityCustomer service mindsetLeadership and teamwork
