What's the Job?
Max of 5
Prepare Excel spreadsheets and perform data analysis to support port and stevedoring operations
Process weekly/daily payroll for the Pacific Maritime Association
Prepare and distribute weekly payroll reports for accounting
Complete general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, record retention, email correspondence, and phone support
Update vessel schedules and confirm volumes with vessel agents and customer schedules
What's Needed?
Max of 5
2-3 years of office experience
Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Mid-level Excel proficiency
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Professionalism, punctuality, dependability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
