Employment Consultant: Employment consultants play a vital role in helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities find and maintain employment. Our consultants work in a variety of different industries based on the needs of the person being supported. We work with people to find the job that fits them best using a variety of different approaches. Do you have an outgoing personality? Our positions do not require office time, most of our time is field based. Meaning, you are working out in the community to help people find or maintain employment.
