Travel Foreman - Data Centers (Bilingual)

Position SummaryThe Data Center Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations related to the construction, maintenance, and upgrade of data center facilities. This role ensures that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, timelines, and industry standards. The Foreman leads field teams, coordinates with subcontractors, and serves as the primary point of contact between site personnel and project management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the activities of technicians, electricians, and subcontractors on-siteEnsure all work meets quality standards, project specifications, and safety regulationsRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentsPlan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress against project timelinesConduct site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policiesTroubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions in real timeMaintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hoursCommunicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and stakeholdersSupport commissioning, testing, and turnover processesQualificationsProven experience in construction, electrical, or data center environments, with leadership experience preferredStrong knowledge of data center infrastructure (power distribution, cooling systems, cabling, etc.)Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailRequirementsBilingual (English and Spanish) requiredWillingness and ability to travel as required (may include regional or national travel)Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to work in physically demanding environments (lifting, climbing, extended standing)Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings or weekends as neededPreferred QualificationsOSHA certification (10 or 30-hour)Experience working in mission-critical or high-availability environmentsRelevant trade certifications or licensesWork EnvironmentThis role is primarily based on active construction or operational data center sites and may involve exposure to varying environmental conditions, including noise, heat, and confined spaces.
