You will build scalable and maintainable applications across the backend and frontend, working closely with cross-functional teams in an agile and fast-paced environment.Role & Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (Spring Boot)Build and maintain modern, responsive frontends using VueJSCollaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutionsContribute to code reviews, testing, and engineering best practicesSupport deployment and operational processes in cloud environmentsIdentify and address technical debt, improving performance, reliability, and maintainabilityProvide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on progress and deliverablesHard Skills - Must have:Strong expertise in backend development with Java (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices)Strong experience with Vue.js and modern frontend developmentExperience with JavaScript and/or TypeScriptExperience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS or Azure)Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and maintainabilityNice to have:Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and testing tools (Jest, Cypress, JUnit)Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teamsClear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownershipCommitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutionsAt Allata, we value differences.Allata is an equal opportunity employer.
