About Summit Construction Group
Summit Construction Group is a tight-knit team of smart, high-performing individuals delivering exceptional roofing, siding, and window replacement projects throughout Minnesota. The majority of our work focuses on residential storm damage insurance restoration projects, helping homeowners restore their properties quickly and effectively after hail, wind, and other severe weather events. Our culture values strong work ethic, attention to details, reliability and mutual support. Summers are fast-paced and rewarding; winters offer a significant slowdown with extended time off. Summit has been steadily growing since 2020 and is looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic high-responsibility environment to join the team.
The Role
As Office Production Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in the heart of our operations, working side-by-side with and directly under the guidance of our experienced Production Manager. Maintaining meticulous organization of job files, pipelines, budgets, timelines, and documentation in our systems.
Assisting with customer and sales rep scheduling communications.
Stepping in to support or lead when the Production Manager is unavailable.
Schedule:
Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00PM Mon-Fri in office during season

Available by phone when out of office
Weekly hours: 45–60 (varies by season)
Significant slowdown in winter without reduction in compensation.
