This role requires hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and advanced analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and drive automation across operational workflows.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nStrong scripting and programming expertise in Python for data analysis, automation, and scalable solutions.\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL for querying, data validation, and performance optimization.\nExpert-level experience with Excel, including complex formulas, pivots, and data modeling.\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly presenting technical findings to both technical and business audiences.\nProven ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environments.\nDemonstrated capability to identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.\nPreferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:\nExperience building dashboards and analytics using Tableau or similar BI tools.\nPrior experience with PTC systems and energy management systems (EMS), including leader and trip optimizer.\nExperience Level:\n4-8 years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Python with a strong focus on data analytics and automation.\nDesired Profile:\nExtensive experience delivering end-to-end data analytics solutions, from data extraction through insights and production deployment.\nStrong track record of producing high-quality, zero-defect deliverables and achieving first-time-right outcomes in production environments.\nAbility to support, enhance, and troubleshoot EMS platforms (leader and trip optimizer) through data analysis, monitoring, and continuous improvement.\nSelf-driven, detail-oriented professional with a strong ownership mindset and commitment to operational excellence.\nThe base salary range for this position is $ $92,250 - $110,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
