Whether it’s fashion, electronics, or household goods, we ensure a seamless process for our customers, helping them save time and reduce the hassle associated with returning online purchases.\nWhat we’re looking for:\nWe are seeking a Part Time (Twice a week) Driver/Processor to join our fast-growing team. As a pivotal part of our operations, you will ensure that customer returns are handled with the utmost care and efficiency.\nSuccessful drivers put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.\nDriver Responsibilities:\nSafely transport goods between customer locations and our warehouse.\nEnsure timely pick-up and delivery of packages.\nMaintain accurate records of pick-ups, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.\nProvide exceptional customer service during interactions.\nAdhere to all traffic and company regulations.\nAble to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of a van numerous times throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.\nDrivers will sometimes need to walk up flights of stairs to deliver\nDivers will interact in a positive and professional manner with customers and the general public while retrieving packages from customers’ homes and commercial locations\nUse hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.\nNavigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.\nProcessor Responsibilities:\nInspect, sort, and process returned items.\nAccurately print, pack, and ship orders\nEnsure the quality and condition of items before they are returned.\nMaintain accurate records of all processed returns.\nCoordinate with the operations team to handle support enquiries.\nKeep the warehouse and showroom environment clean, safe, and organized.\n\nRequirements:\n\nQualifications:\nMust be 21+ years of age\nMust have own transportation\nMileage Reimbursement\nGood driving record - Motor Vehicle Record Check required\nAttention to detail.\nData entry skills\nCustomer support experience(nice to have)\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to chest\nPrior experience with Amazon, UPS, Fedex\nPrior experience handling high volume of pickups and deliveries\nCapacity to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.\nDocuments:\nDriver's License and Social Security Card\nor Passport\nProof of Work Authorization\nIMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE!!!!We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
