This role combines technical leadership, team coordination, customer engagement, and contract administration. The Team Lead serves as the primary interface with the customer while ensuring the team delivers high-quality, impactful tooling and workflow improvements.\r\nSalary range: $240,000-$270,000\r\nDisclaimer: Salary for this position, along with additional compensation options, will be determined on an individual basis following the interview process, considering various factors such as years of experience, skills, education/certifications, contract specifications, market conditions, etc.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nLead and coordinate the day-to-day activities of a software engineering team.\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for the customer, managing communication and expectations.\r\nConduct regular meetings with team members to support performance, growth, and alignment.\r\nIdentify, document, and prioritize technical and operational requirements.\r\nManage team staffing, onboarding, and resource planning.\r\nProvide technical guidance and hands-on support when needed.\r\nTrack progress, risks, and dependencies and communicate status to stakeholders.\r\nSkills Requirements\r\nStrong software engineering background with experience in technical leadership roles.\r\nAbility to translate customer needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.\r\nExperience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders or teams.\r\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\r\nFamiliarity with modern software development practices and tooling.\r\nExperience navigating challenges of customer development environment.\r\nNice to Haves\r\nExperience leading developer productivity or internal tooling teams.\r\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools or platforms.\r\nExperience working in customer-facing or contract-driven engineering environments.\r\nPrior exposure to reverse engineering or security-focused engineering efforts.\r\nExperience Requirement\r\n12 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.\r\nClearance Requirement\r\nActive TS/SCI with a polygraph\r\nReferrals & Inquiries\r\nDo you know a cleared professional seeking to advance their career?
