The candidate will work closely with customers to develop system concepts, technical requirements, and product specifications. Following, the candidate will lead the technical team throughout the development lifecycle.\nResponsibilities\nManage all technical aspects of projects.\nGeneration of technical requirements and specifications, requirement management, compliance traceability and verification.\nArchitecture development, interface definition, system modelling, algorithm development, data analysis, and trade studies.\nProvide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.\nProgress reporting to management and customer representatives.\nSupport to systems integration and customer trial activities.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in electrical engineering\nMinimum combined 10 years as an electrical engineer, systems engineer or line manager\nExcellent systems/architecture development skills\nExperience guiding products through the full development lifecycle and field trials\nExcellent cross-functional team leadership\nExcellent communications skills\nUS Citizenship required and ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance\nWork onsite.
