This role offers the opportunity to lead technical support initiatives, coordinate with external partners, and drive business excellence in a dynamic environment. Be part of a company committed to innovation, quality, and professional growth.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nDemonstrate core competencies including action orientation, customer focus, ownership, and developing self & others.\r\nDevelop and coordinate technical cooperation agreements and partnerships with Generator Service providers.\r\nProvide oversight and direction for the implementation of Field Service outage projects for Long-Term Services Agreements and non-LTSA contracts.\r\nDevelop and maintain standard procedures for Generator Services contracts.\r\nSupport resource development, tooling forecast needs, vendor qualification, and organizational requirements to support the business.\r\nProvide technical response for Field NCRs for Generator Services business.\r\nWork with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify future support needs and load into CRM for organizational support forecasting.\r\nSupport User group meetings and present Generator Service Technical updates.\r\nReview and approve Generator scope of work cost estimates.\r\nOvernight travel (at least 50%) by land and/or air as per business needs.\r\nRequirements\r\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\r\n7+ years of experience in generator design, operation, testing, diagnostics, or service.\r\nStrong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical design principles.\r\nProficiency with project management tools, databases, and MS Office applications.\r\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\r\nValid driver's license and passport.\r\nSystem One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
