This role requires hands-on expertise across the full development lifecycle, including front-end and back-end development, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.\nThis role is fully onsite in Reston, VA (5 days per week required)\nWhat you'll do\nDesign, develop, and deploy full stack cloud-native applications and APIs\nBuild and maintain scalable backend services and responsive front-end interfaces\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing and deployment\nDevelop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform\nContainerize applications using Docker and manage deployments with Kubernetes\nIntegrate and manage cloud-based databases, ensuring performance and reliability\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and requirements\nEnsure application security through best practices in IAM, encryption, and compliance\nTroubleshoot, optimize, and enhance system performance across environments\nWork within Linux-based environments for development and deployment activities\n\nRequired Qualifications\nUS Citizen\nActive TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly Clearance\nStrong experience with at least one major cloud platform: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Microsoft Azure\nProficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript (Node.js), or Go\nExperience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab)\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform\nExperience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)\nStrong database experience, including Oracle DB (SQL, NoSQL, PL/SQL)\nSolid understanding of networking concepts, including virtual networks and protocols\nKnowledge of cloud security principles, including IAM and encryption\nExperience working in Linux environments\nProven ability to function as a full stack developer\nBS in Computer Science\nCompTIA Security+ certification\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience building and deploying highly available, scalable cloud solutions\nFamiliarity with secure architecture design and compliance standards\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\n\nConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
