Open Roles1. General Laborers (The Engine)You are the backbone of the event. You'll be responsible for:Converting the arena floor from ice/court to concert seating.Setting up layouts, including chairs, tables, and barricades.Assisting with overall event logistics and teardowns. 2. Forklift Drivers (The Muscle)Precision and safety are key. You will:Safely operate forklifts to move heavy materials and staging equipment.Load and unload trucks under tight production deadlines.Assist the floor crew with large-scale material handling. 3. Crew Leads (The Brains)Help us keep the wheels turning. You will:Supervise a crew of 5-15 laborers to ensure tasks are done safely and on time.Coordinate directly with venue management on setup layouts.Maintain a high standard of workflow and safety on the floor. What You Bring to the TablePhysical Stamina: Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-75+ lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of your shift.Reliability: You're a "show up early"type of person. Punctuality is vital in the event world.Flexibility: Events happen at all hours-availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is a major plus.Safety First: A commitment to following directions and keeping the work environment safe for everyone.Experience: While not required, a background in warehouse, construction, or event setup is a huge advantage.
