Our guiding Core Values are Strong Work Ethic, Integrity, Long-Term Relationships, Serving Others, and Culture of Opportunity!Job DescriptionA Marketing Coordinator is responsible for completing the following duties:Support Westmor's branding and marketing efforts with an emphasis on the support and coordination of marketing projects and campaigns to aid in sales effortsResearch and develop projects and campaigns that support entrance into new markets and product launch effortsResearch advertising trends in our markets to inform campaign effortsSupport the development and execution of social media and digital marketing plansDevelop and create content as required for marketing projects and campaignsMonitor analytics to ensure the success of marketing projects and campaignsOversee Westmor's ad placement schedule including: placement planning, ad development and executionAssist with purchasing and inventory of branded promotional items and clothing programs, keeping a ready supply to support marketing and sales effortsAssist in coordination of company events and customer training events that support current sales and marketing initiativesAssist with the organization, maintenance and storage of marketing assets including trade show booth materials, AV equipment, graphics, tools and display productsAssist with lead capture and sales coordination follow-up protocolsManage and execute social media strategy across platforms, including content planning, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking to drive brand awareness and audience growthCreate marketing material/literatureMaintain sales playbook portalMaintain budgets, track expenses and report on results of marketing projects, campaigns and activitiesSupport day-to-day marketing operationsOther duties as assignedCompensationThe starting pay range for this position is $20.00-$24.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
