OB Hospitalist Physician Coral Springs South Miami, FloridaFull-Time $150 $170 per HourAn established OB Hospitalist program in South Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN to join its clinical team in Coral Springs. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a structured, well-supported hospital environment while maintaining a predictable shift-based schedule. Position Overview As an OB Hospitalist, you will deliver comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care within a collaborative hospital setting. You will serve as a key clinical leader on Labor & Delivery, ensuring safe, high-quality outcomes for all patients regardless of their primary admitting provider. Responsibilities Provide obstetrical and gynecological care, including contraceptive services where applicableManage high-risk obstetrical patients, with Maternal Fetal Medicine support available via phone or telemedicine when neededParticipate in daily Labor & Delivery board roundsServe as Safety Officer on Labor & Delivery to promote optimal patient outcomesSupport community physicians and midwives through clinical collaboration and coverage when appropriateMaintain strong working relationships with hospital leadership, nursing staff, and physician teams Schedule Majority 24-hour shiftsSome 12-hour or mixed-shift options availableFull-time clinicians typically work 5 9 (24-hour) shifts per 28-day blockEligible for full benefits with a minimum commitment of 5 shifts per 28-day block Compensation & Benefits $150 $170 per hourComprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) with profit share and Roth optionMalpractice coverage with unlimited lifetime tail$2,000 annual CME stipendCoverage for ACOG/ACOOG duesABOG/AOBOG certification maintenanceState licensure fees for assigned sites and professional subscriptions Qualifications MD or DOBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & GynecologyLicensed or eligible for licensure in FloridaStrong experience managing obstetrical emergencies preferredExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based hospital environmentThis is a strong opportunity for OB/GYN physicians seeking shift-based practice, competitive hourly compensation, and full malpractice coverage in a desirable South Florida location.
