They have subject‑matter expertise in one area of analytics and a desire to expand their applications and capabilities in marketing analytics.\n\nMain Responsibilities\n\nDelivers impactful analyses of assigned projects with high quality, on time, and within estimated hours\n\nProvides business and customer insights based on data analysis and report/trend monitoring\n\nDevelops mastery of Targetbase’s key analytical competencies and tools\n\nSolves problems by proactively thinking through approaches to the data or analysis based on the objectives of the assignment\n\nParticipates as a collaborative team member, holding themselves and the team accountable for the work\n\nPuts the client first, anticipating, understanding, and meeting/exceeding client expectations\n\nExperience & Education\n\nMinimum of 3 years (post graduate) of applied analytics experience\n\nExperience in some or all of the following areas of marketing analysis: segmentation, predictive analytics, digital analytics, measurement, business intelligence, and/or market research\n\nBachelor’s Degree is required\n\nKnowledge & Ability\n\nIntermediate-level knowledge of analysis techniques\n\nProficient with SQL, Python, R or other data mining tools\n\nProficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint\n\nEffective communication skills\n\nPosition Requirements\n\nOvertime may be necessary\n\nSome travel may be required\n\nHybrid schedule: 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week remote; candidates must live in the Irving, TX area and be willing to be in the office on required days\n\nLocal candidates only; relocation is not considered for this position\n\nIt is the policy of Omnicom and any of its affiliates to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, ethnic origin, gender, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, disability, or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state, or local law.
