Construction Administrative Assistant | QuickBooks | Invoicing & Collections | Remote LATAMAsistente Administrativo de Construcción | Facturación y Cobranzas - 100% RemotoWork directly with a U.S. construction company managing invoicing, collections, and project documentation — 100% remote from LATAM.We’re hiring a Construction Administrative Assistant (Asistente Administrativo de Construcción - Facturación y Cobranzas) to support the day-to-day operations of one of our U.S.-based construction clients.In this role, you’ll act as the operational backbone of the office, owning key processes such as invoicing, collections, contract tracking, and compliance documentation.
