ABA Clinical Supervisor (Master's Level)
Job Description:
Illuminate Minds is looking for a Clinical Supervisor with Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related filed to join our growing team. We are a dynamic, fast-paced ABA therapy agency serving the North LA County Regions. We are looking for Clinical Supervisor, who is a self-starter, highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and enjoys working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Job Requirements:
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for assessment and planning behavior intervention plans to address the challenges behaviors present. You will also work closely with other therapists and supervisors to ensure client safety and efficient treatment. Additionally, you will also be responsible for report writing, providing new-hire and on-going trainings and behavioral support to employees and to the families.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assessment and Planning:
Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify behavior issues and intervention needs.
Support the development of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a licensed BCBA or other qualified professionals.
Intervention Implementation:
Implement behavior intervention plans as outlined by a BCBA or supervisor.
Provide direct support to clients through one-on-one or group sessions, focusing on improving specific behaviors and skills.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect data on client behavior and progress as directed by supervising professionals.
Assist in analyzing data to monitor client progress and adapt interventions as needed.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure the effective implementation of behavior plans.
Provide guidance and support to caregivers and other relevant individuals on behavior management techniques.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress, session notes, and other relevant documentation.
Prepare and submit reports as required by supervisors and funding agencies.
Professional Development:
Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis.
Stay updated with current research and best practices in the field of ABA.
Ethical and Legal Compliance:
Adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements related to behavior analysis and client care.
Ensure client confidentiality and the protection of sensitive information.

Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to meet billable hour requirements as outlined in your contract and complete a standard 40-hour work week in accordance with California Labor Law
Strong time management skills
Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver's license
Proof of immunization records and TB test results
Ability to pass DOJ/FBI clearance and background check
Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, occasional running, standing, sitting, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, twisting, reaching above head, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
