This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, and managing production efficiency with company standards and vision.\n\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\n\nSupervises and coordinates the daily activities of production workers and equipment operators, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely.\n\nMonitors work schedules, allocating labor resources effectively, and ensuring that production goals are met without compromising quality.\n\nEnforces safety regulations and best practices alongside company policies; this is a critical duty.
