Supply Chain Manager

TRC is looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end materials flow across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a leader who enjoys building efficient processes, developing teams, and driving continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing. This is a full-time permanent position that will sit 100% onsite at the manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a direct influence on operational efficiency, cost control, and on-time delivery. They will lead and develop a team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with the opportunity to streamline workflows and implement best practices. This role is ideal for a Supply Chain Supervisor ready to step into a Manager role or a current Manager who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and wants to make a visible impact.Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day shipping, receiving, inventory, and purchasing operationsDrive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and throughputOversee inventory control, including tracking, cycle counting, and reconciliationManage supplier relationships, sourcing, and purchasing activitiesEnsure accurate and timely order fulfillment and inbound material flowCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and logistics partnersMonitor key metrics (inventory levels, delivery timelines, supplier performance)Maintain accurate records across transactions, POs, and inventory systemsQualifications:Experience in a manufacturing supply chain, logistics, or materials management roleProven ability to lead teams and improve processes in a warehouse or production environmentStrong understanding of inventory control, purchasing, and supplier managementComfortable working in a hands-on, floor-facing leadership roleProficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systemsStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary (based on experience)Performance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401(k) with company supportPaid holidaysTRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
