Clinical Data Analyst - Remote

About the Opportunity:The Clinical Data Analyst role supports the SDS Ops Team by coordinating the remote collection and analysis of HEDIS® and STARs data. This position is essential for ensuring accurate reporting and identifying trends related to healthcare quality metrics. The role contributes to continuous data improvement efforts and supports leadership in tracking year-round data collection and abstraction.3. Responsibilities:• Create, analyze, and report on SDS Ops work, quality, and productivity• Assign weekly tasks based on data gaps and availability for remote data mining• Identify and report data discrepancies and deficiencies• Develop and document process improvements• Refine data collection software and strategies for HEDIS®/STAR measures• Support hybrid processes, including reporting on charts reviewed and efficacy• Participate in user acceptance testing and assist with system changes and upgrades• Complete required training on HEDIS®/STAR measures• Perform related duties as assigned4. Requirements:• Minimum 2 years of business or clinical analytics experience• Minimum 2 years of healthcare experience, including managed care• Minimum 2 years of process improvement experience• At least 1 year of HEDIS® experience or similar regulatory reporting• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications, including databases and word processing• Intermediate skills in Visio and Excel• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skillsPreferred Qualifications:• Registered or Licensed Vocational Nurse• Certified Professional Coder• PMP certification• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and ExcelPhysical and Mental Requirements:• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds• Ability to sit for extended periods• Fine motor skills to operate office equipment• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions• Logical reasoning for problem solving5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment• Benefits include comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution subject to eligibility6.
