This position requires the ability to balance technical development work with analytical responsibilities, supporting data visualization initiatives and business analysis needs across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports\nCreate data models and optimize performance for enterprise-level reporting solutions\nBuild and maintain data transformation processes using Power Query\nCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visualizations\nImplement and maintain data governance and security protocols within Power BI\nDocument technical specifications and development processes\nProvide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reports\n\nTechnical Requirements Analyst (50%)\n\nGather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders\nConduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet organizational needs\nCreate detailed functional and technical specifications documents\nFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings\nValidate requirements with technical teams and business users\nSupport testing activities and ensure requirements are met in final deliverables\nMaintain requirements traceability matrices and documentation\nAbility to pass a Public Trust investigation.\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field\n3+ years of experience developing Power BI or other data analytic solutions and dashboards\n3+ years of technical requirement analysis experience\nMust possess a current CompTIA Security+ CE certification or another DoD-approved certification meeting IAT Level II requirements.\nExperience gathering and documenting technical requirements\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nDesired Skills\n\n3+ years experience with DoD or DHA workflows and environments\nPublic Trust\nProficiency in DAX and M languages\nExperience with SEMOSS platform\n\n#EverforthECS1\nECS Federal LLC is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate or allow discrimination on the basis any characteristic protected by law.
