{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"62572089dcc3ec6d359ee944","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/62572089dcc3ec6d359ee944","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/62572089dcc3ec6d359ee944","title":"Assembler","description":"JOB SUMMARY\n· An Assembler utilizes company supplied Bills of Material (BOMs) and Drawings to clean, assemble, and package various components for pipe assemblies\n· Is available to be used in other departments depending on work load and need\nDUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\n· Arrives at work on time, clocks in on the correct job, and is prepared to begin working at the start of shift\n· Completes tasks assigned by Assembly Lead in a timely manner.\n· Checks work for quality issues including fabrication, paint, and assembly\nOTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n· Keeps work area clean\n· Empties trash cans at the end of every shift\n· Makes sure that all time is being charged to the correct job by clocking into corresponding BOM correctly\n· Notifies Assembly Lead of ideas to continuously improve any and all areas of the manufacturing process\n· Follows all company, DEQ and OSHA rules and regulations\nQUALIFICATIONS\n· Pass pre-employment/random drug screens\nREQUIREMENT\n· Must be site trained in overhead crane & forklift usage\n· Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team\n· Basic hand tools and toolbox are a plus but not required\nREQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS\n· N/A\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT\n· Ability to lift 50-95 lbs.\n· Ability to stand, climb, twist and bend during scheduled shift\nNOTES\n· Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
