Area ManagerThe Area Manager is a key part of our management team and is responsible for the effective and successful management of their team. This position is responsible for overall productivity, quality control, and service for their operation. They will serve as a company representative with both internal and external customers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. The area manager is a vital member of our team. If you are not a team player, this is not the position for you.Duties & Responsibilities:Manages all operational aspects of the area including productivity, cost, planning and daily business processes.Ensures all personnel receive necessary and appropriate resources to be successful for their job function.Effectively manages customer relations including delivery of service to ensure you become a trusted advisor to meet all of their needsProactively provide strategic management to your area of operationsInspiring and motivating employees to perform at their best through positive encouragement and incentive initiativesIdentifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.Raises and tracks issues and conflicts, remove barriers, resolve issues of medium complexity involving stakeholders and escalate to appropriate level when required.Monitor and manage deliver of service coming in at or under budget, while providing an exceptional team member and customer experienceRequirements for this Position:Experience in the service industry preferredPeople Management experience or other prior management experienceAbility to be a problem solverBachelor's degree or higher in business management or other management degrees (Experience can be substituted for degree)Ability to pass a background and MVRStrong work ethic and desire for long-term employmentNo visible tattoos or extreme facial piercingsA valid Driver License and a reliable vehicle (travel throughout Northern Colorado required)Total Facility Care and its Subsidiaries are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion.
