Scrum Master
JOB SUMMARYThis role is responsible for supporting Agile delivery teams by helping keep work organized, teams aligned, and delivery efforts moving forward effectively. The Scrum Master works closely with engineering teams, product owners, stakeholders, and leadership to support software development and digital initiatives while helping remove blockers, improve communication, and maintain delivery momentum. The role goes beyond facilitating Agile ceremonies and focuses on supporting team collaboration, accountability, delivery consistency, and overall team effectiveness.This position requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-moving environments where priorities and challenges can shift quickly. Success in the role depends on strong communication, facilitation, relationship management, and the ability to support teams through challenges while maintaining collaboration, transparency, and delivery momentum. Overall, the role is focused on helping teams improve continuously, work effectively together, and deliver meaningful outcomes through practical and collaborative Agile practices.RESPONSIBILITIESAgile Team Support & FacilitationSupport Agile teams by facilitating delivery, removing obstacles, and promoting effective team collaborationLead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviewsHelp teams stay aligned on priorities, commitments, and delivery goalsPromote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement across teamsDelivery & CoordinationPartner with Product Owners and stakeholders to support backlog management, sprint readiness, and delivery planningHelp track priorities, dependencies, risks, and action items across initiativesMonitor sprint progress and team metrics to identify delivery risks and improvement opportunitiesSupport teams in adapting to changing priorities while maintaining focus and momentumCross-Functional CollaborationBuild collaborative working relationships across Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and business teams.Facilitate discussions that support alignment, communication, and problem-solvingPromote transparency between technical teams, stakeholders, and leadershipSupport Agile best practices and contribute to ongoing team and process improvements.Continuous Improvement & Change SupportIdentify opportunities to improve workflows, team collaboration, and delivery processesImplement and support Agile metrics and reporting to help improve team delivery, visibility, and continuous improvement effortsHelp teams proactively address blockers and delivery challengesEncourage a culture of adaptability, learning, and continuous improvementSupport Agile adoption and organizational change initiatives as neededQUALIFICATIONS2+ years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordinator, or similar Agile delivery role within technology organizationsUnderstanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approachesExperience supporting multiple projects or teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong communication, facilitation, and organizational skillsAbility to build relationships, collaborate across teams, and support delivery effectiveness in evolving environmentsExperience with Agile and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Planner, or similar platformsScrum Master certification preferred (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered
