You’ll work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating across teams to deliver scalable automation solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesRPA Development & AutomationDesign, develop, and deploy Blue Prism bots (attended & unattended)Automate complex business workflows interacting with web applications, APIs, and databasesEnsure scalability, reliability, and performance of automation solutionsData & Document IntelligenceBuild solutions to process and extract insights from structured and unstructured dataDevelop document ingestion pipelines for large PDFs and data packagesEnable search and analytics capabilities across processed datasetsIntegration & EngineeringIntegrate RPA solutions with REST APIs, SQL databases, and enterprise systemsSupport automation infrastructure and troubleshoot performance issuesContribute to system design, standards, and best practicesCollaboration & DeliveryWork within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) teams to deliver high-quality solutionsPartner with business and technical stakeholders to identify automation opportunitiesContinuously improve processes and automation frameworksRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in software engineering or automation developmentStrong RPA expertise (8+ years) with at least 4 years in Blue PrismExperience building attended & unattended bots interacting with web applicationsHands-on experience with:API integrations (RESTful services)SQL databasesData processing (structured & unstructured data)Experience developing reports, analytics, or data-driven solutionsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows)Exposure to Azure infrastructure and troubleshootingKnowledge of Java programmingExperience with Power BI and SQL analyticsFamiliarity with Azure AI / Cognitive Search or document intelligence toolsCertifications:Blue Prism CertificationMicrosoft Power Platform Developer CertificationWork Environment & NotesHybrid role: 2 days onsite (Thu/Fri) in Austin, TXCandidates must already reside in Texas (no relocation allowed)Occasional after-hours/weekend work may be required (pre-approved)Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams
