Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and align technical strategy with business goals. Code Quality & Standards: Lead code reviews, enforce design patterns, and ensure adherence to best practices. Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolve complex technical issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system scalability and resilience.
