As the business scales, Salesforce will serve as the system of record for revenue operations and a core foundation for sales, customer, integration, and reporting processes. Role Overview We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to serve as the long-term owner of our Salesforce platform following a company-wide implementation. This person will combine hands-on development, platform architecture, and business partnership skills to ensure Salesforce scales effectively with the business while reducing reliance on external consulting resources. This is a hands-on individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations. You will be the primary technical owner of Salesforce, partnering closely with RevOps leadership on requirements, prioritization, design decisions, and roadmap planning. The ideal candidate is Flow-first, business-minded, and capable of using Apex, LWC, or other advanced Salesforce capabilities when needed. Key Responsibilities • Own Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, development, security, governance, and ongoing optimization. • Design and implement scalable solutions using Flow, configuration, and custom development when required. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that support long-term growth, usability, reporting, and operational efficiency. • Manage integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Outreach, Power BI, and other business systems, with Salesforce as the system of record. • Establish development, deployment, release management, documentation, and change-control best practices. • Maintain data quality, platform reliability, user experience, and long-term scalability. • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and continuously improve revenue systems processes. • Partner with RevOps leadership on platform strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and technical tradeoffs. Required Qualifications • 7+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including hands-on ownership in a production environment. • Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I certifications. • Expertise in Salesforce Flow, declarative automation, platform configuration, data architecture, and security models. • Experience developing or supporting API-based integrations and connected business systems. • Experience supporting subscription-based SaaS organizations and revenue operations teams. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and clear documentation. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently as the primary Salesforce technical resource. • Excellent communication skills and comfort partnering directly with business stakeholders and executive leadership. Preferred Qualifications Additional Salesforce certifications; experience with HubSpot, NetSuite, Outreach, Power BI, Apex, LWC, Salesforce DevOps tools, and subscription SaaS revenue models including ARR, renewals, and expansions. What Success Looks Like • Become the primary technical owner and trusted internal expert for Salesforce. • Complete remaining deployment phases for customer, product, lifecycle, and revenue operations functionality. • Establish scalable governance, release management, documentation, and platform standards. • Improve automation, integrations, data quality, visibility, and operational efficiency across the revenue technology stack. • Reduce long-term dependency on external consulting resources by building sustainable internal platform expertise. Compensation & Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Generous 401(k) company match • Paid time off and company holidays • Remote work environment and location in Franklin, TN • Professional development opportunities Why This Role Is Unique This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy, and direct business impact.
