Manager of Development Operations At Care Dimensions, philanthropy fuels compassionate care for patients and families facing serious illness. We're seeking a full-time Manager of Development Operations to be the engine behind our fundraising success—ensuring our systems, data, and processes run with accuracy, integrity, and heart. This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who loves clean data, strong controls, and building efficient systems that empower meaningful donor relationships. What You'll Do Own and optimize our donor CRM, ensuring data integrity, reporting excellence, and continuous improvement Oversee gift processing, donor acknowledgements, tax statements, and tribute giving with precision and care Partner closely with Finance to manage reconciliations, restricted fund tracking, and audit readiness Provide operational leadership for fundraising events, online giving platforms, and donor communications Supervise, mentor, and develop two Development Associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team What You Bring 4–7 years of experience in development operations, nonprofit finance, or database management Proven experience managing CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang, or similar) Strong understanding of gift processing, reconciliation, and nonprofit financial controls Demonstrated success leading and developing staff Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and cross-functional collaboration Why Care Dimensions Mission-driven work that makes a tangible difference in people's lives A collaborative, values-centered culture The opportunity to strengthen and modernize philanthropy operations that support compassionate care Join us in ensuring every gift is honored, every donor is valued, and every system supports our mission of exceptional care. #INDOTHER Benefits are offered to employees that are scheduled to work 20+ hours/week, which include a generous earned time (vacation days) program, tuition reimbursement, scholarship programs, student loan paydown program, two retirement plans, in addition to medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, and so much more!
