managers/staff, to ensure high reliability, availability, and performance of applications.\n\nPrimary responsibilities are focused on the Systems Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of leading-edge solutions.\n\nRequirements gathering, estimation, and planning.\n\nCoordinate with offshore team.\n\nLead Technical discussions with customer and collaborate with onshore and offshore Business Analyst.\n\nPerform Analysis, Design, Development, and Testing of code to defined deadlines and exacting standards.\n\nLeverage your analytical skills to create technical solutions for business processes.\n\nRequired Competencies:\n\n5+ years' of experience in development using BPM tools with 2+ years in Camunda\n\n5+ years of experience in React JS or equivalent Javascript frameworks like Angular\n\n10+ years' experience with end-to-end design and development using Java\n\n2+ years of experience in Drools or equivalent rules engine\n\n3+ years of experience in AWS technologies like Lambda, API Gateway, Step function, ECS/ EKS, and Terraform\n\n2+ years of experience with Spring Boot applications\n\nExperience working with relational data bases such as Oracle, proficient in SQL\n\nExperience in design patterns and managing the design life cycle in an Internet enterprise environment\n\nExperience with Micro Services Architectures\n\nInterest in learning and applying new technologies and concepts\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nEnjoy contributing in a team environment Possess a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy making a difference in the business through your technical contributions\n\nAbility to think creatively, stimulate new ideas and challenge existing thinking.\n\nGood to Have Competencies:\n\nBuild and support CI/CD
