Lead Server

32 North is seeking an experienced Lead Server who can help lead the floor while delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced, high-volume brunch and dining environment. The ideal candidate is confident, organized, guest-focused, and able to support service standards while assisting with team accountability during busy shifts. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example on the floor Assist in managing service flow during high-volume periods Support servers, runners, hosts, and bartenders to ensure smooth operations Help train and guide newer staff members Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, cocktails, specials, and allergens Upsell food, beverages, and featured items Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Ensure cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout service Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams Qualifications: Minimum 3–5 years serving experience required Previous leadership or lead server experience strongly preferred High-volume brunch or upscale casual restaurant experience preferred Strong multitasking and communication skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure Weekend and holiday availability required Compensation: $15-17/hour plus tips 20% mandatory gratuity structure High-volume environment with strong earning potential Estimated tips: approximately $600–$800/week based on schedule and performance Ideal Candidate: Natural leadership ability Strong hospitality mindset Reliable and punctual Team-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Comfortable assisting with floor coordination during busy service More detail about 32 North, please visit
