The Program Manager will serve as the single accountable leader for contract performance.\nResponsibilities:\nStaffing, schedule, cost, quality, risk, subcontractor coordination, customer engagement, and delivery across cloud assessment, migration, continuous development, and cybersecurity task areas.\nEnsure Agile execution, measurable performance, and timely issue resolution.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred. Four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for degree.\nFifteen (15+) years overall IT program management; ten (10+) years managing DoD or Federal IT programs; five (5+) years managing cloud modernization, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, or enterprise application modernization programs.\nCertification: PMP required; ITIL 4 Foundation preferred; Agile/SAFe certification preferred. Must maintain applicable certifications, complete annual continuing education, and meet contract-specific cybersecurity awareness requirements.\nIntermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.\n\nPhysical Demands:\n\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\n\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. Top Secret preferred.
