At RiverBank, you\'re not just a number, you\'ll be a valued member of our teamacross 14 community locations. Schedule: Monday - Friday rotatingbetween 8:00am-4:30pm and 9:00am-5:30pm. Position Summary: TheOperations Associate I is responsible for providing customer servicesupport to internal coworkers and external customers. This position isresponsible for processing and balancing activities, including dataentry to facilitate daily operations, initiating and processing wirerequests, processing exemption items and monitoring accountreconciliations. Duties and Responsibilities: \*Handles NSF/ExceptionItem Processing, Foreign Item processing, Dormant check handling,Research Requests and other duties as needed. \*Provide support tobranch staff; point of contact for escalation of operational issues.\*Provide debit card support to branch staff and customers and performcard maintenance. \*Reviews daily reports pertaining to transactionactivity and fraud monitoring. \*Completes incoming and outgoingdomestic and international wire transfer requests. \*Provide customersupport for Business and Retail Online Banking and Mobile Bankingapplications. \*Responsible for CheckFree and Enfact case management.\*Responsible for review of Mobile and Merchant Capture deposits.\*Process mail, print and stuff notices and statements for customers.\*Follows policies and procedures; completes tasks correctly and ontime; supports the Bank\'s goals and values. \*Provides effectivecustomer service and assists in resolving problems within givenauthority. \*Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures,as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations includingbut not limited to: BSA and OFAC requirements, Regulation E, RegulationGG, and ACH Rules. \*Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements:\*High School diploma or GED. \*Customer service experience. DesiredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \*Prior banking experience.\*Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \*Ability toorganize and prioritize workload. \*Excellent computer skills. \*Abilityto problem solve independently and work well under pressure. \*Strongattention to detail.
