This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nOperate heavy equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and cranes for loading and unloading materials.\nManage inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels using warehouse management systems.\nPerform picking and packing duties for order fulfillment, utilizing RF scanners for efficiency.\nAssist in the stocking of shelves and organization of warehouse space to optimize workflow.\nConduct shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all incoming and outgoing materials are properly documented.\nMaintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.\nCollaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.\nEngage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are followed to prevent injury.\nRequirements\nPrevious warehouse experience is preferred; familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.\nExperience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes is highly desirable.\nStrong mechanical knowledge and skills related to materials handling and packaging processes.\nAbility to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and standing for extended periods.\nKnowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations, including OSHA standards.\nExperience with order picking, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment processes is beneficial.\nFamiliarity with AS400 systems or similar software is an advantage.\nA positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills in a dynamic work environment.
