You will play a critical role in aligning IT strategy with business goals and ensuring technology solutions support our growth and innovation roadmap.\n\nSkills:\n\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n12+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years as a Solution Architect in the insurance domain.\nDeep understanding of insurance business processes – underwriting, claims, policy lifecycle, reinsurance, and customer servicing.\nHands-on experience with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco, or similar.\nStrong expertise in enterprise integration (SOAP/REST APIs, ESBs), microservices, and event-driven architecture.\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.\nFamiliarity with data architecture, analytics, and regulatory compliance in insurance.
