We're looking for someone to join our team immediately.\r\nWhat you'll do Enable your teams to deliver complex projects quickly with high-quality bar\r\nLeverage your technical proficiency to serve as the go-to expert in your technical area\r\nHelp set standards for your teams, providing technical and procedural advice, and decision-making\r\nUse a customer-centric approach to lead architectural design decisions\r\nDevelop fellow teammates by conducting code reviews, providing mentorship, pairing, and training opportunities\r\nHave a significant impact that extends beyond the boundaries of your team, on projects affecting scalability, performance, and new value delivery\r\nIdentify large technological issues and opportunities in your area of responsibility, and organize your teams to solve these issues\r\nUtilize generative tools and agentic workflows (Claude, Cursor, etc) to move faster and work smarter.\r\nWhat we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience\r\n7+ years of Engineering Experience\r\nExtensive hands-on experience in designing and architecting Native iOS applications, with a deep understanding of their respective ecosystems.\r\nProficiency in mobile development languages such as Swift and a strong understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, VIPER).\r\nUnderstanding of multi-threading, concurrent programming, memory management, and/or performance optimization\r\nProven working knowledge of software engineering techniques, methodologies, practices, and ability to develop and ship complex high-quality software products\r\nExceptional communication skills and the ability to work closely with others both within and adjacent to the existing team\r\nExperience leading large initiatives with the ability to course-correct as needed\r\nAbility to consistently evaluate current technical approaches to continue to be industry best-of-class\r\nAdditional Information Base Pay Range: 168,560.00 - 231,770.00 USD Annual\r\nThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.\r\nProcore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation.
