Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field strongly preferred.\r\nValid driver’s license\r\nComputer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.\r\nMust have evidence of building solid relationships with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.\r\nExcellent communication skills.\r\nDemonstrated ability to build and continuously motivate highly effective teams.\r\nSuccessful track record in managing budgets and/or P&L responsibility.\r\nAbility to interface with using agencies, directors, elected officials, operators, and all levels of hourly and salaried employees, including senior management.\r\nMust be a self-starter able to obtain successful results without supervision.\r\nIncumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.\r\nSubject to a DOT physical exam and DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.Physical Requirements\r\nThe essential functions of this position require the ability to:\r\nSit for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per day); frequently walk for long distances and on possible sloped ground or slippery and uneven surfaces\r\nPush and pull objects, occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level\r\nWithstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes and noise.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
