Apartment Maintenance Technician

Job description Apartment maintenance technician provides preventative and reactive maintenance in a variety of trades related to home maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, and equipment repair. Maintenance technicians are responsible for both maintaining and repairing occupied units plus preparing vacant units up to our standards for upcoming move-ins within the assigned time frame assigned by the project manager and Assist with completion of daily resident work orders Perform general maintenance and upkeep requests as directed by Project Manager Comply with all established site safety and hazardous communication standards Perform property inspection checklists Who We Are: We own apartments and single family homes in the Greater Cleveland area. Qualifications · Detail oriented · Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills · Access to Basic Tools needed to perform job duties · Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices · Ability to work independently and as part of a team · Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 25lbs, frequently up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs · Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; infrequently climb a ladder · Must be in physical condition to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, climb stairs, and grasp · Must be available after hours and weekends for on-call responsibilities (rotated schedule) · Must have drivers license and transportation We will review your resume and contact you if there are any other roles that closely match your qualifications Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 depending on skill level Our current opening is for a duration of 90 days . 40 hours per week Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Have you worked in a maintenance position in last 2 years?
