Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Wylie, TX, for a Junior SQL Server DBA | SQL & Reporting Analyst. The role involves overseeing database administration tasks such as configuring, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting SQL Server environments. You will assist in database design, manage data replication processes, create reports using SQL and Excel, and provide database support to internal teams. Additionally, you may work on optimizing database performance and ensuring data integrity and security. Qualifications Proficiency in Database Administration and working with Microsoft SQL ServerKnowledge of Database Design and experience in managing SQL-based structuresStrong Troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to resolve database-related issues efficientlyUnderstanding of data Replication and experience working with DatabasesAttention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel reporting and data visualization toolsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a teamBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredExperience with database optimization and scripting is a plus
