Job Title: Church Organist (Part-Time – Sundays) Location: Bible Faith Tabernacle 1368 St Johns Place Brooklyn NY 11213 Job Type: Part-Time (Sundays Only) Compensation: $225–$275 per Sunday (based on skill and experience) Job Description: We are a small, close-knit church family seeking a skilled and dependable organist to support our Sunday worship services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys serving in a warm, respectful, and faith-centered environment where music plays an important part in worship. Schedule: Sundays: 11:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Includes worship service and brief rehearsal after service Rehearsals are held on Sundays following the service Responsibilities: Play the organ during Sunday worship services Accompany congregational songs Rehearse as needed after the service Work cooperatively with the pastor and church leadership Support a worship atmosphere that is reverent and uplifting Qualifications: Ability to play the organ proficiently Experience in a church or worship setting preferred Ability to read music and follow a service program Reliable, punctual, and respectful of the church setting Dependable, respectful, and collaborative spirit Compensation: $225–$275 per Sunday, depending on experience and skill level How to Apply: Please submit a brief resume summary of your musical background and a video samples.
