Apply now and take the first step towards an exciting and rewarding career with Cotleur & Hearing!About the Role: Following Skills Needed:MUST HAVE A DEGREE IN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTUREWe are looking for a mid to senior Level Landscape Architect who is has a degree in Landscape Architecture/ Licensure is a plusApplicant must have strong design skills and be able to lead and manage projects and a team.Responsibilities:Strong knowledge of construction detailsCompetency in 2D construction documents (Landscape, Site, Survey, and Civil)A creative and problem-solving mindsetDemonstrates self-motivation and can confidently add creative ideas designsPositive work ethic and shall have the ability to work independently as well as within a team structureAbility to meet deadlines and coordinate with multiple disciplines and clientsAbility to travel to conduct and document field visits and site investigationStrong AutoCAD skillsAdobe Photoshop and Trimble Sketchup skills a plusLandFX a plusLumion a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) requiredAny experience with Urban Planning is helpfulQualifications: Education Requirements: MUST HAVE a Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a major in Landscape Architecture.
