Litigation Attorney – Personal InjuryA nationally recognized, award‑winning plaintiff litigation firm representing tens of thousands of clients nationwide is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its Houston, Texas office. The firm focuses on personal injury, civil litigation, and mass torts, including product liability, dangerous drugs, and defective medical products.This is a full‑time, in‑house position based out of the firm’s Houston, TX office.Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience, strong research and drafting skills, and hands‑on experience managing cases through all phases of litigation. Workers’ compensation experience and Spanish bilingual capability are a plus. The role involves managing a high‑volume caseload in a fast‑paced litigation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle personal injury litigation matters from inception through resolutionManage cases through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationTake and defend depositionsRepresent clients in hearings and other legal proceedingsDraft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documentsConduct legal research and case evaluationsNegotiate settlements and advocate for clientsManage a high‑volume caseload efficiently while meeting deadlinesCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teamsQualificationsActive Texas Bar license in good standingMinimum 5 years of experience in all aspects of personal injury litigationWorkers’ compensation experience is a plusBilingual Spanish is a plusStrong knowledge of litigation procedures from pleadings through trialDemonstrated experience taking and defending depositionsExcellent oral advocacy, writing, and legal research skillsStrong case evaluation and analytical abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume litigation environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills
