Role will develop requirements from project inception to conclusion for a particular subject matter area. Will analyze actual and predictable operational activities of a military, governmental, or business system to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making or resource allocation.\nResponsibilities:\nEssential functions will include but are not limited to:\nUtilizing modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, engineering methods, and other necessary techniques.\nProvides integral support in the requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification, and documentation of modeling and simulation-based decision support system applications.\nAbility to analyze Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scanning results.\nAbility to assess technical and non-technical security controls to determine compliance\nMaintain Acknowledgement and Compliance Records for the Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) Reporting System as directed by the Government.\nKnowledge of DoD Ports, Protocols, and Services (PPS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and DoD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) policies, and standards is preferred.\nQualifications:\nHigh School diploma required. Bachelor's degree highly desired.\nThree to five (3-5) years of experience.\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nMust meet DoD 8570 Information Assurance ManagerialTechnical Level II certification requirements at time of employment.\nDESIRED SKILLS:\nExperience with the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) or managing DoD and DoN IA Portfolios is desired\nPrefer a working knowledge of STIG Viewer, Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) reporting and understanding of Compliance Task Orders (CTO)s\nKnowledge of RDT&E and/or tactical systems\nKnowledge of Interim Authority to Test (IATT)\nAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts\nStrong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team\nTargeted salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 annually based on qualifications and experience.\n\nPhysical Demands:\nMust be able to lift up to 10-20 pounds\nMust be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time\nMust be able to twist, bend and squat periodically\nSECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold an active Top Secret security clearance.
