Role Description This is a contract-based, hybrid role for a Telecommunications Specialist located in Sacramento, CA. The role involves maintaining, installing, and managing telecommunications systems while ensuring seamless communication operations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, resolving customer service inquiries, and working closely with both internal teams and external vendors to support telecommunications infrastructure. The role provides the flexibility of remote work while occasionally requiring on-site presence.
