Ideal Candidate BackgroundBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.1-3 years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical support, or similar customer-facing technical role.Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating ownership and accountability. PreferredExperience building internal tools or workflows using low-code platforms such as Retool.Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.Familiarity with event-logging tools like DataDog and reporting platforms such as Tableau.
