This role represents the internal customer perspective, ensuring alignment across supply chain, manufacturing, and logistics to meet committed ship dates and drive customer satisfaction.\n\nYou will operate at the center of cross-functional teams, proactively managing material readiness, resolving shipment risks, and ensuring smooth execution across the system lifecycle.\n\nWhat you’ll do\nLead non-technical project execution from initiation through delivery, representing the internal customer perspective.\nDecision owner of the Manufacturing Committed Ship Date (MCSD).\nManage system shipment execution from configuration alignment through final shipment from Lam (Material & Shipment Risk Management).\nAnalyze material constraints including, remote factory and manufacturing readiness to determine risk to committed ship dates.\nDrive alignment and adherence to milestones through cross-functional engagement.\nLead CFTs across internal groups such as Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Product Groups, Sales Operations, Manufacturing, and Logistics.\nServe as the central coordination point to ensure all stakeholders are aligned to committed delivery timelines.\nWho we’re looking for\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering or 6+ years of related experience in project management or program management.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.\nAnalytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision support.\nStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills\nPreferred qualifications\nMicrosoft Excel (data analysis, tracking, reporting).\nPowerPoint (executive communication).\nSAP or similar ERP system.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience in semi-conductor, capital equipment, or high-tech manufacturing environments.\nKnowledge of system build processes and factory execution (production control, integration, and test).\nFamiliarity with demand/supply planning concepts\nOur commitment\n\nWe believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
