This position offers a dynamic environment where your positive attitude and dedication to service shine through every interaction.\n\n*Responsibilities*\n\n* Greet guests warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for breakfast service\n* Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system ensuring timely processing of sales transactions\n* Serve food and beverages efficiently, including coffee and breakfast items, with a focus on presentation and quality\n* Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities\n* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures\n* Assist with bussing tables, resetting stations promptly to prepare for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff with basic food preparation when needed\n* Process cash transactions accurately\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred\n* Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally\n* Ability to manage time effectively during busy breakfast hours while maintaining attention to detail\n* Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash or credit payments\n* Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards in accordance with local health regulations\n* Experience with food preparation, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is a plus\n* Excellent communication skills paired with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest relations and team collaboration\n\nJoin us in creating delightful mornings for our guests!
